Our Erasmus+ students recently enjoyed a fantastic visit to Causey Farm as part of the Student Mobility Cultural Exchange Programme. The day provided a wonderful opportunity to experience Irish culture in a fun, hands-on way.
Students took part in a range of traditional Irish activities. They baked their own delicious brown bread, joined an energetic bodhrán workshop where they learned to play the traditional Irish drum, and spent time meeting and interacting with the farm animals.
One of the highlights of the day was the famous bog hopping experience, where everyone fully embraced the mud and laughter! The trip offered a valuable chance for students to bond, immerse themselves in Irish traditions, and create lasting memories beyond the classroom.
